Cygnet Distillery is based in Juniper Place, crafted using the finest botanicals. Although we're adding gin to the sausages, they are not alcoholic once cooked.
We do think that our sausages are pretty special. All our bangers are hand made fresh in small batches, every week at our 5 star unit in Carmarthenshire. Gone are the days when the average sausage contains less desirable cuts of pork, our sausages contain prime cuts of pork from free-range traditional breeds at our smallholding, creating a deep flavoured meaty sausage.
Each flavour has been tried and tested at our 5 star unit and then sampled by the established chefs we supply.
Allow 2 per hungry eater.
Place on a metal oven tray. (There’s no need to pierce the sausages or oil the tray). Place in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes until browned and cooked through.
5 sausages per pack approx 400g. All sausages are packed FRESH and can be frozen.
