Grass fed Norfolk x Dorset Hogget from our smallholding 

Butchered to order by us as always, suitable for home freezing 

Hogget is older than lamb but younger than Mutton, giving the perfect balance of tenderness and flavour

Your Hogget Box will contain the following: 

• 1 x 500g Hogget Rolled Loin 
• 2 x 250g Diced Hogget
• 1 x Half Leg of Hogget Rolled 
• 2 x 250g Hogget Mince
• 1 x 500g Hogget Osso Buco

Deliveries of Hogget will be made on Thursday the 26th of January only
