Recipe

Serves 6

  1. Heat a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. When hot, add a dash of olive oil, then the chorizo picante. Cook for around 10min
  2. Dice one onion and add to the pan, cook for a few minutes until softened (if you wanted to add other veg then do so now, such as peppers)
  3. Add the arrabiata sauce (500ml) to the pan, and let it simmer 
  4. On a seperate pan, fry of a few slices of the Halloumi until browned on both sides
  5. Meanwhile, cook the pasta as per instructions on the pack
  6. Drain the pasta and stir it into the sauce
  7. Serve with a the halloumi slices on top of the dish
