Welsh Farmhouse Apple Juice 75cl  



Serves 12

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C. Remove pork shoulder from the packaging and cover with your favorite seasonings. We like a little salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic, cumin & chili powder
  2. Slice an onion and add to a tray with 300ml of apple juice. Place the seasoned pork on top, covering with foil
  3. Cook in the oven for 4-5 hours or until the meat starts to fall off the bone
  4. Once cooked transfer the pork to a chopping board and shred it with two forks. Return the shredded pork back to the liquid & onions and add 230ml of barbecue sauce
  5. Serve in fresh bread rolls and homemade slaw, mwynhewch
