Sticky Pork Ribs (Serves 8)

Lilos Handmade Jerk Sauce 500ml



Serves 8

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Remove ribs from the packaging and place on a baking sheet or tray lined with foil 
  2. Mix together  garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, cumin and chili and rub all over both sides of the meal with a little olive oil
  3. Cover with foil and bake in the oven for 2 hours
  4. Take the ribs out of the oven and remove the foil. Spread over the jerk sauce, about 250ml or as much as you desire
  5. Turn up the oven to 240°C and put the ribs back in the oven, uncovered, and bake for a further 10 minutes (you could also place them under the grill for 3 minutes to get caramelised edges)
  6. Take out of the oven and let the meat rest for 10 minutes
  7. Serve with your favorite fries and a corn on the cob, mwynhewch
