If you are looking to keep a few pigs for your own consumption, here at Myrddin Heritage we are now offering the following:
Transport pigs to abattoir
Liaise with abattoir
Arrange carcasses to be delivered to our 5* unit
Butcher, vac pack and label pork
Produce natural sausages
Cure bacon & gammon
Deliver finished products to your chosen address
We cover South Wales and are flexible with what options you would like from the above
We process a minimum of 2 pigs
