All Welsh Ingredient Sweet Chilli Sauce

This isn’t just another sweet chilli sauce — it’s Wales in a bottle.
At Pembrokeshire Chilli Farm, we set out to make the first all Welsh ingredient Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce, we’ve taken a classic favourite and reimagined it using nothing but the finest ingredients our homeland has to offer. Every drop is grown, produced, and bottled right here in Wales, capturing the spirit of local flavour, craft, and pride.

We start with chillies and garlic grown under the Pembrokeshire sun — nurtured from seed by hand, and harvested at their best, and blended with a 3 Star Great Taste Award Winning Wildflower Honey from Gwenyn Gruffydd for a beautifully rounded sweetness. Instead of imported vinegars, we use crisp Pembrokeshire Cider Co's cider vinegar, bringing a clean tang that perfectly balances the heat. Finally a little balance is added from Halen Mon with their finest Sea Salt, the result is a sauce that’s smooth, sticky, and layered with warmth — not overpowering, but full of character.

Our Sweet Chilli Sauce is incredibly versatile. Brush it over grilled chicken, drizzle it on halloumi, mix it through noodles, or serve it best as a dip for spring rolls and chips. It’s that perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and gently spicy that keeps you coming back for more.
