Our Spanish-style chorizo is made with smoked and sweet paprika, garlic, and chilli for a tasty bite. Ideal for tapas, paella, and ragu, this semi-cured chorizo is handcrafted with high-quality free-range pork.

Place on a metal oven tray in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes until browned and cooked through.

Each pack contains 10 mini sausages. Fresh and freezable

Prepared with 108g of raw product per 100g of finished product. Moisture is lost during curing and maturation.
