Da Mhile, Oak Aged Gin 42%, 70cl

Aged in ex Bourbon barrels, when our grain whisky is bottled, we mature this gin in them for 6 months. During that time it takes on some of the flavour and colour to create a truly unique gin. The subtle juniper, fresh orange, ginger and spice flavours in the gin paired with the sweet grain whisky tones from the barrel make for an exciting fusion.
