Try our own spin on the traditional Welsh faggot recipe with our special, hand-made sausages! Each batch is made fresh in small batches at our 5 star unit and made with prime cuts of pork and offal. Cook in pre-heated oven for 25 minutes at 180°C on a metal tray without the need to pierce or oil. Serve with homemade mushy peas and chips. 5 sausages per pack (400g). Fresh and freezeable.
