We do think that our sausages meat is pretty special. Our sausage meat is hand made fresh in small batches, every month at our 5 star unit in Carmarthenshire. Gone are the days when the average sausage contain less desirable cuts of pork, our sausage meat contains prime cuts of pork from free-range pigs at our smallholding, creating a deep flavoured meaty sausage meat :)

Cooking Instructions: Remove all packaging
Oven
Temperature: Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 190°C
Time: 35 - 40 mins
Instructions: Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven.
Allow to rest for 5 min before serving.
Suitable for home freezing by the use-by date. Defrost thoroughly before cooking.
