Our Shetland hogget has a sweet flavour and is very tender, with the bone in for extra flavour, perfect for roasting.
The Shetland breed is slower growing than commercial breeds and they've been on grass for the entirety of their lives. The maturity of our Hogget creates a richer depth of flavour and marbling than you find in traditional lamb.
