A half free-range chicken from our friends @ Postance Poultry, a family run farm based in Cardigan.
Extremely committed to welfare and quality, Postance Poultry ensure their produce is treated to the highest standard. They rear their birds from day old chicks, allowing them to grow naturally with access to pasture. The birds are cared for in small groups with plenty of space to free range.
Once the birds have reached maturity, they are processed onsite to reduce stress, using traditional plucking methods.
