Italian Fennel Sausages

This is a very simple recipe, we just let the fennel do its thing. These sausages are perfect for tapas, paella and ragu.

Place on a metal oven tray in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes until browned and cooked through.

Each pack contains 10 mini sausages. Fresh and freezable 

Ingredients

Prepared with 108g of raw product per 100g of finished product. Moisture is lost during curing and maturation.
Pork (95%), Fennel Seeds, Ground Fennel, Pepper, Salami Culture, Curing Salt
May contain traces of WHEAT.
