Our Laverbread "Bara Lawr", has gained EU Protected Designation of Origin Status and is a traditional Welsh delicacy. Our Laver seaweed is collected from the West Coast, then simply cooked and pureed. Richard Burton once described this savoury delight as 'Welshman's Caviar'.
