MH Pancetta lardons

Our pancetta is dry cured using our free range pork, curing salt and Demerara sugar.

The curing process takes a minimum of 2 weeks, before being rinsed and dried for a few weeks in our charcuterie chamber. 

We've sliced these up, ready to add to your pasta or fried off with some sauté potatoes.
