We've been experimenting a bit at the unit and are thrilled to now have our Oak Smoked Streacle available on our website.
We've added a bit of fennel, pepper and mace along with the bitter sweet taste of black treacle to cure the bellies and then Oak smoked these joints for 16hrs.
Due to the free-range nature of our pigs, sizes vary.
Retail 8 slices, 1kg or 2kg Sliced packs.
