Grass fed Shetland Hogget. These sheep were born on the farm our processing unit is located in Llanpumsaint and then finished on our pasture in Carmarthen.
Butchered to order by us as always, suitable for home freezing
Hogget is older than lamb but younger than Mutton, giving the perfect balance of tenderness and flavour
Your Hogget Box will contain the following:
- 1 x 500g Hogget Rolled Loin
- 2 x 250g Diced Hogget
- 1 x Half Leg of Hogget (bone in)
- 2 x 250g Hogget Mince
- 1 x 500g Hogget Osso Buco
