In 2016 Teifi Cheese collaborated with Shambala festival who decided that they wanted to offer only organic dairy products. They stepped in and produced Organic Halloumi solely for the festival, luckily it was so popular that they decided to make it a staple.

For every kilo of organic Halloumi sold Teifi Cheese donate 10p to the Welsh Wildlife Centre in Cilgerran.
