A 10kg Dexter box will contain the following:
- 4 x Joints
- 4 x 500g packs of slow cooking diced cuts
- 4 x 500g of Mince
- 4 x Steaks
Your beef box will be made up of a variety of the cuts listed below:
Joints - Topside, Silverside, Osso Bucco, Rib or Brisket
Slow cooking cuts - Stewing Steak, Braising, Shin or Skirt
Steaks - Ribeye, Sirloin or Rump
