Pork, Leek & Perl Las burger

We have created a unique recipe which of course contains Perl Las, meaning 'Blue Pearl' in Welsh, which is a superb blue cheese made by Caws Cenarth in Carmarthenshire. Our burgers contain prime cuts of pork from free range ex-breeding sows at our smallholding, creating a deep flavoured meaty burger.

2 x 6oz burgers per pack. Fresh and freezable
