Pork & Leek Sausages

This flavour screams traditional sausage and mash. Our sausages contain prime cuts of pork from free range ex-breeding sows at our smallholding, creating a deep flavoured meaty sausage.

For the best results place on a metal oven tray, (there’s no need to pierce the sausages or add any oil). Place in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes until browned and cooked through. This traditional sausage recipe is perfect with creamy mash and warm onion gravy.
