The versatile one. A unique sausage recipe, perfect for any occasion. Our sausages contain prime cuts of pork from free range ex-breeding sows at our smallholding, creating a deep flavoured meaty sausage.

These herby sausages are perfect for a quick tray bake dinner. Place on a metal oven tray with your favourite veg. Pop in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 25 / 30 minutes until browned and cooked through.
