97% pork mixed with garlic, black pepper and white wine, perfect for a cassoulet. Our sausages contain prime cuts of pork from free range ex-breeding sows at our smallholding, creating a deep flavoured meaty sausage.
Try something a bit different with these Toulouse sausages. Gently fry the sausages on the hob until brown all over. Transfer the sausage to a casserole dish with the sweated onions, garlic and carrots, along with tin tomatoes and haricot beans. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes or until cooked through.
