Traditional Cumberland Sausage

The ultimate sausage for bangers and mash or cooked over the BBQ to be shared between two. These come with the skewers already in, so they hold together perfectly whilst cooking. Please remember to remove before cooking! Our sausages contain prime cuts of pork from free range ex-breeding sows at our smallholding, creating a deep flavoured meaty sausage.

This sausage is perfect to share or enjoy alone if you're feeling hungry.

For the best results place the sausage wheel on a metal oven tray (there’s no need to pierce the sausages or oil the tray). Place in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes until browned and cooked through.
