We do think that our sausages are pretty special. All our bangers are hand made fresh in small batches, every month at our 5 star unit in Carmarthenshire. Gone are the days when the average sausage contains less desirable cuts of pork, our sausages contain prime cuts of pork from free-range pigs at our smallholding, creating a deep flavoured meaty sausage.

Each flavour has been tried and tested at our 5 star unit and then sampled by the established chefs we supply.

Allow 2 per hungry eater.

For the best results place on a metal oven tray (there’s no need to pierce the sausages or oil the tray). Place in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes until browned and cooked through. Serve with your favroute sides, why not try homemade wedges and salad.

5 sausages per pack approx 400g. All sausages are packed FRESH and can be frozen.
