Summer Iced Teifi Coffee

  • Teifi Dragon Coffee
  • Cold Water
  • Whole milk
  • Ice
  • Gwenyn Gruffydd Honey
  • Instructions

    1. Freeze some ice cubes. Put 2 heaped dessert spoons of the Teifi Dragon ground coffee in a cafetiere and add about 150ml of cold water. Leave to sit overnight or at least 2 hours.
    2. Half fill a glass with ice cubes, then half fill with whole milk, and add coffee.
    3. For a twist, add a good dash of Gwenyn Gruffydd honey to the empty glass before adding ice. Stir well at the end if you have added syrup.

    If you have an espresso machine use a double shot (min 16g of ground coffee) of chilled espresso instead of the cafetiere coffee using Teifi Dragon freshly roasted beans.
