Distilled on their small farm In Carmarthenshire, David and Anthony distill an organic London Dry gin in batches of only 32 bottles.

'We wanted to make a gin that tastes of gin’ says Anthony, and so source only the best juniper berries. So good in fact that there are only three ingredients in every bottle of Jin Talog - the organic spirit, organic juniper berries and spring water from the farm. ‘ When you have the best ingredients’ why add anything else’ said David.

So much effort is spent making sure that every bottle tastes amazing, that Jin Talog deserves to be drunk with some respect - some ice and maybe just a splash of unflavoured tonic. This will allow the juniper to sing (we are welsh after all)
