Our chicken & turkey are free range, raised on small family farms. Chicken from Postance Poultry, Cardigan and Bronze Turkeys from Brynblodau, Tregaron.
The chickens and turkeys are rereared from day old chicks, allowing them to grow naturally with access to pasture. The birds are cared for in small groups with plenty of space to free range.
Once the birds have reached maturity, they are processed onsite to reduce stress, using traditional plucking methods.
